I'm Chase Hutchings, an Agricultural Business student at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo — one of the premier agricultural universities in the nation. I believe in learning by doing, whether that's in the classroom, on a farm, or out on the trail.
My goal is to build a career in agriculture that makes a real difference — connecting producers, communities, and markets in ways that are sustainable and meaningful. I'm open to every corner of the agricultural world and excited to find where I can contribute most.
Joining Fowler Packing's QC team this summer to gain hands-on experience in produce quality assurance within one of California's most respected fresh fruit operations.

I love heading into the backcountry to explore new terrain and disconnect from the everyday. The outdoors keeps me grounded and curious.
Passionate about all things ag — from supply chains and commodity markets to sustainable farming practices and rural community development.

I'm actively looking for opportunities in the agricultural industry and always open to conversations with professionals, mentors, and organizations making an impact in ag.
